At Shoe Bakery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sweet treats. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn shoes back into their original decorative bakery box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected.
